recipe "salad Donggala"
material:
75 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced
50 grams of bean sprouts, cleaned
150 grams kedondong, in thin slices wide
100 grams of young mango, sliced thin width
50 grams of papaya, sliced thin width
50 grams of peanut skin, (fried)
Sauce ingredients:
3 large red chilies, crushed
2 curly red chilies, crushed
4 pieces of red chili, crushed
125 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
400 ml of boiled water
5 teaspoons vinegar
how to make:
1. stir sauce ingredients until smooth
2. governance cabbage and bean sprouts on the plate. add kedondong pieces, mango, and papaya on top.
3. pour sauce. serve with a sprinkling of peanuts.
